Do you charge to provide a quotation?
No. all our quotations are provided on a totally free no obligation basis.

How long will it take me to get a quotation from you?
From when you contact us we can normally book an appointment to view your property within 3 days and generally speaking you will receive your quotation within 3 days after the appointment.

When would you be able to start our project?
Our leading time is normally ten working days, however this may occasionally change due to work load.

Can you help us with the design of our work?
Yes, one of the services we offer is complete design and build service through from conception to completion.

Will the price change from the original quoted price?
No, all our quotations are provided on a fixed price basis, any deviations to this will only occur due to a variation specification ie. something additional added by yourself. In this case these items will be quoted for separately so that you can have the opportunity to agree with them before they are carried out.

Will there be a Project Manager assigned to my project?
Yes, every project we undertake has a dedicated Project Manager assigned who will be there to deal with all aspects of the work including liaising with Council Officials.

Will you be on site every day?
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. When we undertake a project we contract to work on these hours from start of project until completion.

Will you need to use our facilities on our property?
No. We are self contained and put our own hygiene facilities on site, ie. Portaloo toilets etc.

Do you carry out the complete project?
Yes, we carry out any aspects of the project you require i.e. some customers ask us just to construct a weather tight shell for them, whereas others ask us to take the project completely through to decorated stage ready for them to use.

How long will it take to complete my project?
All our work is undertaken on the basis to complete it as quickly as possible and to cause the least disturbance to you the customer.

Is your work guaranteed?
All our work comes with a written guarantee.

Do you have projects that have previously been carried out that can be viewed?
Yes, at any one given time we have in excess of 100 references of customers who are happy for you to visit them and view projects that we have completed.
